Not wishing to stand still, Pressmark’s subsequent accreditation will be to the world’s most recognised environmental management system, ISO 14001. This approval shows that we commit to reducing our environmental impact on society by putting environmental management at the heart of our operations. Our current plan is to continue to work with our existing ISO 14001 agenda. In addition, our future aim is to become accredited to the world’s first international health and safety standard, ISO 45001.
Pressmark Pressings focuses on metal stampings, assemblies and welded fabrications for the automotive and white goods industries. Due to the nature of our business, we place the utmost importance on the safety of our staff. This focus also applies to anyone who may come into contact with our processes or product.
The Quality Management system adopted by Pressmark shall meet the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015. In addition, we also meet any Customer Specific Requirements. We aim to review our processes to complete or surpass our customer’s expectations regarding performance, quality, reliability and cost.
Our Quality Manual and supporting instructions document the policies, objectives, responsibilities, and requirements. These documents ensure we maintain all technical and administrative factors affecting the quality of our products in a state of review and control. In addition, our Management Team commits to meeting the processes outlined within this manual.
